  • Shaping Future Workplaces-The Technology Factor

Our Shaping Future Workplaces initiative is promoting ways to create and maintain great workplaces in the home and community care sector. Using an adaptive knowledge translation approach, we are profiling research evidence, sharing lived experiences and engaging stakeholders in catalyst conversations about how the way in which we work will change.

Our new campaign “THE TECHNOLOGY FACTOR” is stimulating discussion about the impact and potential of technology in home care today and in the future. We are challenging governments and provider organizations to explore how adopting transformational technology can fundamentally change the way the home care workforce operates, and services are delivered.

Our Catalyst Conversations are stimulating new ideas on how technology can shape future workplaces in home and community care. Conversations feature subject matter experts who share their knowledge and insights to engage in cutting edge dialogue sparking collaborations and synergy on future directions and opportunities.
