Other than content you own, which you may have opted to include on this Site, under these Terms, the CHCA and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this Site, and all such rights are reserved. Additionally, nothing contained on this Site shall be construed as providing consult or advice to the user.

Assignment
The CHCA shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable thereto, without respect to conflict of laws principles. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
